Sims 4 Occult Mods

Maybe you’re a fantasy nerd (like me).

Maybe you just love creating fae, fantastical, occult, and other otherworldly Sims in CAS.

Realm of Magic for the PC version of The Sims 4 was released in 2019 in September. Fans of magic in The Sims were treated to how The Sims 4 takes on the supernatural power of the mystic arts with the return of witches, or, as they're now called Spellcasters. Maybe you just love creating fae, fantastical, occult, and other otherworldly Sims in CAS. Whatever the case may be, you’re looking for the perfect pair of horns or antlers for TS4. Because goodness knows we don’t have nearly enough exciting accessories for supernatural fashion.

Whatever the case may be, you’re looking for the perfect pair of horns or antlers for TS4. Because goodness knows we don’t have nearly enough exciting accessories for supernatural fashion.

Fangs, fins, and zombie skins are all fine and dandy… but where are our options for the more infernally-inclined?

Right here on this list.

1. Dragon Age: Inquisition – Qunari Horns by Valhallan

We’re starting this list strong with a pack of nine(!) horns from creator Valhallan.

These horns are based off of a fictional race called the Qunari from the game Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Mad kudos to the creator for successfully converting these horns into The Sims 4. They look great both in CAS and in-game.

If you’re planning to plop a tiefling, a demon, or some other horned creature right in the quiet town of Windenburg, this pack is fantastic.

Nine styles with 27 color swatches each (save for variation #1, which only has 26) means this pack is pretty freaking versatile.

  • Color Options: 27 custom colors | 26 custom colors (for var. 1)
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder

2. Illidari: World of Warcraft Demon Hunter Horns by Valhallan

Another masterpiece from maker Valhallan. These Demon Hunter horns are all kinds of intimidating – but in a good way.

And you get six unique styles that perfectly suit different personalities. Slender and approachable, curved and daunting, large and in charge … whatever you want to convey, you best believe these horns can do it.

Each style has a different texture, too. Ribbed, scaled, smooth – the attention to detail for this particular CC is really fantastic.

Download all horns in one merged .package file, or pick and choose your favorites by getting the separate .zip file.

Want to plop these on your Sims kid, too?

Grab the horn conversion for children pack.

BONUS: Boys N Berry Sims also has a great recolor of these horns; 76 fun new swatches for you to play with.

  • Color Options: 25 custom colors (original) | 76 custom colors (Boys N Berry Sims recolor)
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder | separate package for Child

3. CherryVanillaSims Recolor of Flapjack’s Ribbed Horns

For the casual demons, devils, and horned races that don’t want to flaunt their extra accessories, Flapjack’s original mesh offers four simple (yet stylish) horn designs:

  • Ribbed
  • Small (if you really want understated demon horns)
  • Thicc, and
  • Thicc (forehead)

Each has its own charm for sure. Unfortunately, they don’t have many color options.

Enter CherryVanillaSims’ recolor. While it’s only for the “ribbed” horns style, this recolor does introduce 66 new colors for you to play around with.

Honestly? I can dig the brightly-colored orange horns.

  • Color Options: 4 custom colors (original) | 66 custom colors (CherryVanillaSims recolor)
  • Mesh Needed: Flapjack-Sims Horns for Sims 4
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder

4. Goop Horns by Blahberry Pancake

Continuing the “small and subtle horns” trend are Blahberry Pancake’s Goop Horns.

These cute nubs perch right on the top of your Sim’s head, and they look absolutely adorable.

I think they’re called goop because the multi-colored lava on the tips pretty much resembles that word.

And I’ll say that the bright, neon colors and the rounded edges kinda remind me of pastries.

Point is they’re cute. Get ‘em.

The DL link leads to a download page for Sim Teens to Elders, plus a separate download link for Children.

  • Color Options: 14 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Toddler – Elder

5. Capricorn Horn Accessory by Screaming Mustard

Who says you can’t dress up your horns? Certainly not this CC creator.

These Capricorn horns come in one style, and that style is stylish and dainty, dammit.

The textures work well with the three earrings (horn … rings?) dangling on the ends too. There are only four color options, but those four colors are pretty darn unique.

Note: you can find these Capricorn horns in Necklaces, by the way. Not Hats.

  • Color Options: 4 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Female | Teen – Elder

6. Crown of Horns by Nolan Sims

Okay hear me out. Mechanically speaking, I know this is a headpiece accessory with horns – and not actual horns/antlers CC.

But it honestly just looks so gorgeous, I have to include it!

And the placement of the horns on the crown looks like they could be growing out of your Sim’s actual head. That’s the goal, right?

So if you spin the right narrative, you can pass as a horned Sim wearing a flower headband.

The horns (or “twig horns,” as the creator calls them) don’t change color. But you can definitely alter the color of the flowers to better suit your style.

  • Color Options: 15 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female

7. Trapping’s Antlers by Deetron Sims

Here’s a quick but cute break from horns: antlers.

Specifically, these antlers in this CC.

Whether you’re designing a human-deer hybrid, or you want to spin the narrative of a druid who can’t shapeshift all the way… Deetron Sims’ Trapping’s Antlers fit both situations, and more.

They’re simple and straightforward deer-like antlers that sit on the top of your little Simmy head.

And they’re available for Kids too. So you can have a full forest family if you want.

  • Color Options: 3 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Kid – Adult

8. Rein Headband by Blahberry Pancake

Where the previous mod is better suited for realistic deer hybrids, this Rein Headband CC by Blahberry Pancake is better for Holiday Costume Parties.

It’s designed as a headband with deer ears and antlers. And it shows.

The headband is very clear on most hairstyles (especially with “flatter” hair), so you can’t exactly pass it off as a true anthropomorphized (Sims-morphized…?) deer.

But it’s cute, it’s unique, and it would make the perfect accessory for ugly Winterfest sweater photoshoots.

  • Color Options: 12 custom colors; 7 two-toned swatches, 1 tri-toned swatch, 4 solid swatches
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female

9. Fantasia Headdress by Suzue

Just like the Capricorn Horns by Screaming Mustard, this Fantasia Headdress is basically horns with bling.

And just like the Capricorn horns, these look delicate and dainty. They’re long, slender, and they swoop up just so at the tip.

Rather than earrings, they’re adorned glass beads. Both horns feature a single strand wrapped twice around the base.

There are 10 custom colors for this package, and the color of the beads depends on the color of the horns.

  • Color Options: 10 custom colors; 1 two-toned swatch
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder

10. Unicorn Horn by Bellassims

We have demons and tieflings, deer-shifters and deer-hybrids … of course I had to include one of the most majestic horned creatures ever.

This Unicorn Horn by Bellassims is a personal fave.

It sticks right in the middle and it’s decked out with a gem, plus some delicate chains.

These chains hang down until they disappear into your Sims’ hair, making it look all the more regal and expensive af.

Now this CC comes with 36 color options. The horn itself stays white, but the chains can be either gold or silver, and the gem can be a number of colors depending which swatch you select.

I personally love the gold-chain-red-ruby combo.

I also highly recommend you try combining this Unicorn horn with the Fantasia Headdress. The result is absolutely stunning on lady Sims.

  • Color Options: 36 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Female | Teen – Elder

11. Little Demon Horns by Rotteneyed & Cerberus-Sims

If the Goop horns were too colorful for your Sim’s color palette, and the Flapjack’s Ribbed horns were a little too big for their backstory, well these Little Demon Horns might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Sims 4 Mods Occult Wiccan

They’re one of the smallest horns on this list. Literal nubs.

And they sit right on the forehead (instead of on top of the head).

What’s pretty cool is there are four variations here, and you can combine up to two variations for a maximum of four horns.

Perfect for the little demon that wants to stand out from the crowd. Maybe.

There are 40 custom colors in all, with 20 of those options being two-toned.

But if you do decide to give your Sim four horns, you can’t mix the colors. The top horns will stay the same color as the bottom horns, and vice-versa.

Still a pretty versatile set regardless. And worth a try!

  • Color Options: 40 custom colors; 20 two-toned swatches
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female

12. Horns Pack by Azentase

This horn CC pack is kinda like Valhallan’s Qunari horns, only with different shapes and a smoother uniform texture.

There are four variations: Panic, Bambous, Kleptomanie, and Maniac.

They’re all varying levels of “curved” and “swept back,” which honestly makes them look fantastic with hairstyles that follow the same flow.

I personally think they look especially stunning paired with Alpha CC hair (instead of Maxis Match styles).

Each version only has three color swatches, but they’re all neutral. So they pair well with most any hair color.

You can also install each version separately if you want.

  • Color Options: 3 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female

13. Bloodtotem: WoW Cenarius & Highmountain Tauren Horn by Valhallan

If anything, this is the crowning glory of this compilation.

The goddess of the fauna. The guardian of the forest.

The mother of all dramatic horned headpieces.

Valhallan’s Bloodtotem horns are incredibly designed and incredibly intimidating.

They spread out from the sides of your Sim’s head like sharp, majestic wings. Words cannot describe how regal, imposing, and straight-up grandiose these pieces are.

They’re like earthen antlers. Only less deer and more Goddess of the Forest.

There are two variations of these Bloodtotem horns: those with colored borders and those with colored tips.

Both have their charm. And 26 color options each.

  • Color Options: 26 custom colors
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder

14. Lifebinder: Alexstrasza Horns by Valhallan

I think it’s a pretty safe assumption that Valhallan just rocks at creating horns for The Sims 4.

After all, she’s responsible for about a third of the items on this list!

This particular pack isn’t a horns-specific package. It’s actually a full character (or at least, the character’s clothing) conversion – specifically Alexstrasza from Heroes of the Storm.

If you’re familiar with her, then you know she’s got a pretty impressive set of horns. One would expect no less from a powerful woman who can turn into a dragon at will, right?

Right.

This entire CC pack contains her iconic horns, regal tiara, and eye-catching red cloak.

The entire package is a .zip file too. So you can actually just install the horns and tiara without the cloak. If your Sim doesn’t feel like cosplaying, I mean.

  • Color Options: 1 default color
  • Mesh Needed: No
  • Available For: Male & Female | Teen – Elder

15. Horns Pack – Valhallansim Mesh Edit by Gerbithats

This mesh edit of Valhallan’s World of Warcraft Demon Hunter horns gives us players some one-of-a-kind options for our damned, demonic, fae, and/or fantastical Sims.

The theme of these horns seems to be “asymmetrical”.

And surprisingly, it’s a theme I can get behind.

There are four variations in total: Bune, Petrus, Lucius, and Damien.

Bune and Damien have two further categories: Left and Right.

Depending on which you pick, either the right or the left horn’s tip is broken off. Hence, asymmetrical.

I think either option is perfect for giving your Sim a little more character.

Damian features longer curved horns growing from the top of the forehead.

And the Bune horns are smaller, pointier, and sit a little higher.

Lots to love about all of them!

I don’t know how popular (or unpopular) this opinion is, but I think The Sims 4 could use more Occult Sims.

We have a total of four: Vampire, Spellcaster, Mermaid, and Alien. I mean, The Sims 3: Supernatural gave us Werewolves, Fairies, and Witches (oh my!) on top of the existing Vampires and Aliens that were running around. Genies and Zombies, too.

Now some of those life states, I could do without (I’m looking at you, Zombie!Sims that ate my plants). But the other supernatural creatures, I miss a lot.

Especially the Fairies.

So to cope with that, I decided to look into some excellent Sims 4 wings CC. If I can’t have faeries, I can at least have their visuals!

Angel/Celestial Wings CC

1. Natalia-Auditore Auriel S4

Found In:Face Accessories
Colors:17 Color Options

If you’re familiar with the Diablo franchise (from video game giant Blizzard) then you probably already know Auriel, Archangel of Hope and esteemed member of the Angiris Council.

If not, don’t worry. You can still enjoy these pretty sweet angel wings from Natalia-Auditore.

Part of a full outfit + accessories set meant to let your Sim cosplay as the aforementioned fantasy character, these angel wings are undoubtedly different from the usual feathery affair.

Being able to change the color of the wings (and their base holder) makes this mod a lot more versatile and fun to play with. Huge thanks to the creator for not sticking with the default blinding white.

There are 17 color options in all; two of which are these cosmic galaxy-like patterns.

Sims 4 Occult Mod Manager

Some of the color swatches also naturally fade lighter towards the tips, creating a very subtle gradient.

2. ElaSims Angel Wings

Found In:Body Accessories (Rings)
Colors:2 Color Options

These are your pretty standard angel wings. They are huge, though.

I’m talking “the tops of are cut off in CAS” huge.

But if your aim is to capture that whole “larger than life” angel aesthetic, then this is pretty perfect.

It comes in two solid colors: black and white. Do note that the black doesn’t look demonic or devilish, though. Maybe more “fallen angel.”

If you want demonic/devilish/infernal wings, skip to the next category.

Either way, these are a quintessential wing design that I think look pretty good.

The link will lead you to a Pinterest post. Just click the picture to download the .package file immediately.

3. LunaNelfeah Celestial Fairy Wings

Found In:Body Accessories
Colors:8 Color Options; 6 Solid Color Swatches, 2 Two-Toned Swatches

Maybe the Ela wings were too big for you.

Maybe your Sim prefers something more compact – with some pretty fantastic border decorations to boot. Blaupunkt travelpilot ex software download. If so, LunaNelfeah’s Celestial Fairy Wings fit the bill.

They measure probably the length of your Sim’s arm spread out, and they’re only about the size of a Female Sim’s torso (vertically speaking).

The texture is pretty great in that the feathers actually look like layered feathers. The border accessory is a nice touch, too. And it changes color depending on the color of the wings.

Very stylish, I’d say. And perfect for the modern contemporary celestial being.

Note: When you go to download the wings from the “Celestial Fairy” pack, make sure you click on the download link for the “bracelet” package, not the “wings”. The links, for whatever reason, are switched. When you click on the download link for the “bracelet” you should be led to a Sim File Share page with the NelfeahCelestialWings .package file.

4. S-Club LL TS4 Angel Wings 01 (Victoria’s Secret)

Found In:Face Accessories (Hats)
Colors:2 Color Options

As far as “angel-like” wings are concerned, this beautiful feathery mod from S-Club is my favorite.

I really enjoy the individual feather texture. It’s not like LunaNelfeah’s Celestial Fairy wings, which is basically tidy layers of feathers neatly lined up.

It’s also not like ElaSims’ Angel Wings, which is an intimidating masterpiece of large, imposing feathers.

This Victoria’s Secret set (and I say set because there are basically four variations) does look like a pair of high-quality costume wings in the best way.

I especially adore the way the wings flip up at the very tips. So cute!

The wings come in two colors (black and white) and two sizes (small and large).

But the “large” is definitely nowhere near Ela Angel Wings large.

Infernal/Batlike Wings CC

5. Natalia-Auditore Chernobog Wings: Open & Closed

Found In:Face Accessories (Hats)
Colors:Open: 16 colors | Closed: 23 colors

Here’s the infernal counterpart of the ElaSim’s Angel Wings, and I mean that almost literally.

These bat wings are just as huge. The tops may not be cut off in CAS, but the ends sure are. Talk about your impressive wingspan.

Whereas Angel Wings seemed perfect for a larger-than-life warrior archangel, these Chernobog Wings (at least the Open version) are just straight up terrifying.

They look like they were made for intimidatingly swooping in.

The Closed version of the Chernobog Wings aren’t as huge. But that’s probably because they’re folded up (hence the name).

They also have a couple more color options than the Closed variant (23 swatches, as opposed to Open’s 16).

I will say that the wings look more “Gargoyle” than “Demon” when they’re closed.

Other than that, the texture for both wings is pretty much the same. Simple but effective, with a nice sort of grunge-y feel.

6. LunaFeah Enular Wings

Found In:Body Accessories (Rings)
Colors:8 Two-Toned Swatches

Here’s the sharper, pointier version of Natalia-Auditore’s Chernobog.

I’d even go so far as to say that they look deadlier.

Seriously. Those wing tips could kill a Sim.

Like Chernobog, they also have a Closed and Open version. The Open version is pretty small.

I’d say it’s within the same size range as S-Club’s Victoria’s Secret Angel Wings (give or take a couple Sim inches). The Closed version, on the other hand, well…

There’s a contender. And an intimidating one at that.

The Closed Enular wings are straight up spiders. They curve around your Sim, practically caging them in computer-generated leather and whatever infernal vertebrae make up the rest of the wing.

It looks like my Sim is trapped within the branches and roots of some cursed forest. She seems pretty happy, though.

7. LunaNelfeah Stone Angel Wings

Found In:Body Accessories (Rings)
Colors:6 Solid Color Swatches

No, I did not put this item here by mistake. Even though the title clearly says “Angel Wings.”

See, the creator meant for these wings to look like they were made of stone. And she did a great job. They do look very solid, very rough, and very carved. Even the curved edges look like they were just chiseled and smoothened out.

And when I tried them out on my Sims, I immediately thought of angel statues and gargoyles in some abandoned cemetery or chapel.

Very “teenager going through their angst phase,” I know. But that’s what popped into my head.

So I’m putting it here. Wings for the artificially divine.

All kidding aside; the wings do look great.

Faerie/Ethereal Wings CC

Mods

8. Esmeralda Glass Wings – All Ages

Found In:Face Accessories (Glasses)
Colors:18 Color Options; 9 Solid Swatches, 9 Patterned Swatches

This is hands-down the most diverse and wing set on the entire list – in terms of colors, anyway.

But the shape is pretty darn great, too!

These Glass Wings by Esmeralda can look like either tiny butterfly wings or delicate faerie flappers, depending on the design you pick.

They’re small, too.

Sims 4 Alien Mod

Much smaller than the Angel/Celestial wings and the Infernal/Batlike wings. But that’s totally part of their charm.

Their size makes them look almost natural (or as natural as winged Sims are) in-game. The color swatches also add to the effect. Plus they’re all smooth, mildly opaque, and look incredibly fragile.

Exactly how one would imagine faerie wings to be.

According to the creator, there are three different styles: Monarch Butterfly, Solid w/ Border, and Solid w/o Border.

There are about six variations for the Monarch Butterfly pattern and two variations for the Solid w/ Border. Solid w/o Border rules the swatch pool with nine unique variations.

There’s also a wild Solid w/o Border wing that has an Art-Deco style pattern. Doesn’t really fit any of the styles, but it looks pretty fun.

9. S-Club LL TS4 Fairy Wings 01

Found In:Face Accessories (Hats)
Colors:5 Color Options

If the plethora of faerie wings isn’t enough to tell you that we TS3 Simmers miss Fairy Sims, I don’t know what will.

Still don’t know why EA took out such a wonderful Occult class… but hey, at least we have Sims 4 CC, right?

Back to this utterly gorgeous glass/crystal wings from S-Club.

They are every bit as glass-like as the Esmeralda wings. Maybe even a little more.

They’re less “mildly opaque” and more “practically translucent.” If it wasn’t for the borders, veins, and wing patterns, you probably wouldn’t even be able to see them.

Especially the default white variant.

At the risk of sounding pathetically poetic, these wings look like they’re made of paper and spun glass. That’s how delicate they look.

I’d definitely recommend this mod for making winter faeries or something.

10. S-Club LL TS4 Wings 202001 (Fairy Forest)

Found In:Face Accessories (Hats)
Colors:3 Color Options

If you hear squealing, that’s just me. Unable to contain my excitement over these wings.

Dare I say that these wings are my absolute favorite out of all the ones here? Install microsoft reportviewer webforms 9.0.0.0.

Yes, I dare. Because it’s true.

These wings – and I don’t say this lightly – are freaking gorgeous.

Pictures are worth a thousand words so I’ll (mostly) let the images do the talking, but seriously. Look how transparent and soft and delicate they are! I promise you that they are even more ethereal in-game.

There are only three color options, but I love them all.

The white is pale and gentle; more like the suggestion of a wing rather than an actual wing.

The black is bewitching in the sense that it just seamlessly transitions from softly translucent to barely opaque as it moves outward. I’m also digging the subtle sparkles in the center.

But the love of my life has to be the blue one.

It’s a pale, translucent blue edged with a darker shade so it looks like there’s some sort of vignette. And it is every bit as fragile, delicate, and stunning as the other two.

I’m going to stop gushing here. Just get this mod.

Nature Wings/Other

11. Ersch – Windy Set for TS4

Found In:Body Accessories (Socks)
Colors:3 Color Options

Speaking of delicate, how cool are these wings?

They’re literal branches branching (sorry) out from your Sims back!

I can appreciate a good creative concept – especially when it’s executed well – and I think these Windy wings from Ersch are a total winner.

They definitely don’t look like they could ever be aerodynamically functional, but hey. The aesthetic is everything.

There are three color variations, and I can definitely see what the creator was going for here.

The leaves can be either white, green, and orange. Basically winter, spring, and fall.

The set comes with a leafy headband too, if you’re looking for some fun head accessories for your Sim.

12. Natalia-Auditore Kai’Sa Accs

Found In:Face Accessories (Hats)
Colors:12 Color Options; 6 Solid Swatches, 6 Two-Toned Swatches

If you’ve heard the absolute bop that is Popstars by Blizzard’s own League of Legends K-pop group, KDA, then you’re probably familiar with this version of Kai’Sa (a playable legend from said league).

Even if you’re not, I’m certain you can still appreciate these wing-like things for their visuals alone. They very much look like enchanted, floating crystals – something the fantasy nerd in me can appreciate.

I also love that the creator included twelve color options. Then your Sims don’t necessarily have to look like they’re cosplaying.

The creator notes can be a bit confusing, so read through this if you’re a little lost.

The Kai’Sa Wings are the “Shoulder Accessory” being referred to, and they can be found in Face Accessories – Hats. You’ll see three downloadable files. The one you want is the NA_KaisaAcc_S .package file.

Sims 4 Occult Mods Download

13. NewSea SteamPunkMetalWings

Found In:Face Accessories
Colors:4 Color Options

Now for some good old fashioned Steampunk. Because there isn’t a soul out there that isn’t secretly attracted to the Steampunk aesthetic. (Maybe).

These free wings from NewSea are one of the most well-designed wings in this category – nay, this entire list.

The attention to detail is astounding. From the individual metal pieces that make up the veins and feathers to the quasi-clockwork-type details at the base.

Completing the look are several delicately dangling chains.

Functional? Nope.

Fashionable? A thousand times yes.

NewSea is known for their gorgeous creations, but a lot of that CC is usually paid.

The fact these NewSea wings are free just makes them a thousand times better in my book.
